Instructions

  • blend pineapple in blender until smooth
  • add acai and blend together for a further minute
  • in a mixing bowl gently stir acai/pineapple mixture with yoghurt to creat a ripple effect
  • pour into moulds and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until set
